Q - Can I move a bird’s nest?

It is illegal to disturb a bird's nest with eggs or chicks in it. But if you can not wait until the babies grow up and leave the nest in a few weeks, or if there is a bird nest in an area that causes problems (directly above an entrance to a building, in a vent), you'll need advice from the Canadian Wildlife Service (1-800-668-6767) to get a permit to move the nest legally.
