Q - How old do I have to be to volunteer at the BC SPCA?

Generally, volunteers have to be at least 16 years of age to work with the BC SPCA. However, we sometimes take on younger volunteers if they are accompanied by an adult. The best way to check and see if you would be allowed to come with an adult would be to phone a shelter directly!
