Donor Bill of Rights
In recognition that our donors have entrusted us to work for animals on their behalf, the BC SPCA fully honours the Donor Bill of Rights.
The BC SPCA is committed to providing the highest levels of customer service. However, we recognize that from time to time there may be concerns or complaints, that our stakeholders have the right to raise such complaints or concerns and that there should be avenues within which to do so. Writing to the Board of Directors
Concerns relating to governance or oversight of the BC SPCA should be addressed to email@example.com to be considered directly by the Board of Directors and its next meeting. Please note that the Board meets approximately every second month and a written response may only be provided after the Board has had an opportunity to meet. If your concern/complaint is operational in nature, it will be forwarded to staff for an appropriate response in accordance with the BC SPCA Complaints Policy and Procedures.
