Op 94 was brought to the BC SPCA Alberni-Clayoquot Branch when she was only a few weeks old. At this vulnerable age, her owner surrendered Op 94 and her littermates as there were too many dogs in the home to look after. Staff and volunteers rallied behind these youngsters and made sure they received all the care they required to become happy, healthy, and adoptable.
A month later, the pups were flourishing and were ready to be spayed and neutered, tattooed, and adopted. Only days after being spayed, Op 94 was a loving, social, cuddly girl who wouldn't take long to find a forever home. Days after being spayed and tattooed, the Davis family came and met Op 94 and adopted her right away. They wrote to share how Op 94 (now Sadie) is settling in.
Sadie loves her morning walks on the beach and is super good in the truck, she comes to a whistle. She hasn't got the message yet that I do the digging in the garden and not her, hopefully by spring through! She is in love with Louie (full size Collie) who lives next door. She is one very smart dog.
Thanks, we love her.
Sadie is flourishing in her new home and has gotten so big! Thank you so much for the update and for making adoption your first option, best of luck in the future.
