On February 28, 2012, Crash was found as a stray, wandering around the Ahousaht Reserve and was taken to the BC SPCA Comox Valley and District Branch with the hope of reuniting him with his owners. Unfortunately he had no ID and no one came to claim him.

Crash was missing some of his hair and suffered from dog lice which, not surprisingly, was making him very uncomfortable. He was fortunate to be fostered by a loving family who gently nursed him back to health before returning him to the Comox Branch to find his forever home. His foster parents loved him very much and still inquire about him.
It wasn't long after Crash was returned to the shelter that he was adopted into his forever home. He now has a family that loves him very much and takes amazing care of him.
Crash's new family shared with us that he loves to snuggle with his family and play in the yard. They said that he is such a sweet and adorable boy and makes a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
We are so happy to hear that Crash has found such a wonderful new home after his shaky start to life. Thank you to his foster mother, Danielle, and his new guardians for taking such good care of him.
