Rabies Vaccination & Microchipping Clinic Day

Share:

On June 23, 2012 bring your dog(s) and/or cat(s) to the Nanaimo & District Branch between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm for the Annual Rabies Vaccination & Microchipping Clinic sponsored by Island Veterinary Hospital.

Fees:

  • Rabies vaccination: $30 and includes a medical exam!
  • *NEW - ISO Microchipping: $25 Tattoos fade, Microchips are forever! Feel secure that your pet will be highly identifiable if it ever becomes lost and will have a much greater chance of finding its way back to you!

100% of the proceeds will help abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the care the BC SPCA Nanaimo & District Branch. Island Veterinary Hospital will be donating and administering the vaccines and exams. Please note: all dogs must be on a leash and all cats in a crate or carrier.

New this year: have your dog tested to see if he or she is a candidate to become a dog blood donor. That’s right, if your pooch has a universal blood type they can register as a blood donor just like people do. Your dog can be an animal hero and save other dogs lives!

While you are waiting, Aussie Pet Mobile Grooming will be here to offer nail trimming by donation.

Also throughout the afternoon we will have a vegetarian BBQ and buffet by donation.

For more information, please email Leon Davis or call 250-758-8444.
