Kato, a two-year-old male cat, ended up in the care of the BC SPCA North Cariboo Branch on January 20, 2012 because his owner could no longer care for him.

Kato is quite spry, affectionate, and laid-back. He is also very intelligent and sometimes will try to have a conversation with people (even though they don't seem to be as clever). He enjoys being packed around as long as he is able to wrap his arms around you. He is very confident, calm, and gentle. He likes to watch the world go by through the window in the PURDA room, and is perfectly content being kept inside.
Kato is neutered and has a tattoo. He gets along with other cats and is looking for his "fur-ever" home. If you think you could open your heart and home to this handsome fella, please email us or call (250) 562-5511.
