Meow! More happy cats in B.C.

Local news

We adopted our kitten (named Otto) on June 17 and have been enchanted ever since.  His name has been changed to "Mister Syl", and he is such a happy, funny and enchanting little thing.  We gave him lots of cuddles when we got him home to Ucluelet, and he has responded with affection and playfulness.  Although we were expecting some adjustment time for him, he settled in quickly, and soon found a whole new world to explore!

He gallops throughout the house, and this picture that we have attached shows him playing on the new perch we got for him on June 28.  Now he can look out the window, which he is discovering he likes to do!  We are so happy that we made the decision to adopt Mister Syl, and we look forward to many years with him!

Thank you for the incredibly positive adoption experience!
