Meet Jack, our current long-term resident. Jack was brought in as a stray in December 2011 and as he had no identification and no one came looking for him, he soon went up for adoption at the BC SPCA Port Coquitlam Branch.
Curious and independent, Jack loves to check out the different objects in our cat room; his favorite is the pink cat-tent. Staff have affectionately nick-named him "the Jack attack" because of his playfulness with toys and string. He also loves to roll on his back and knead the air, and sometimes he even enjoys a nice lap to sit on. Jack is looking for a loving fur-ever home, preferably with no children or other pets, so that he can have all the love to himself.
Unfortunately Jack is not the type of cat to approach visitors right away, so he often gets out-shined by the other cats in the communal room, however the staff at the PoCo branch know that whoever adopts this beautiful boy will get a very sweet and lovable, life-long pal.
If you are interested in adopting our wonderful Jack, please come to visit him at the BC SPCA Port Coquitlam Branch or contact us at (604) 468-4044.
