McNeill secondary art students beautify the Richmond Education & Adoption Centre

July 23, 2010

Last school year, the BC SPCA Richmond started an art contest for Richmond Secondary students to create a 4' x 8' mural for the Education and Adoption Centre's Wall. Art Teacher Jo Noble submitted a design on behalf of student Sophia Parill, and the painting was created by a team of grade 11 and 12 students. Art supplies were generously donated by Opus Framing and Art Supplies, and Steveston's own Phoenix Art Workshop and Rod's Building Supplies Ltd.

Thank you so much for all of your hard work! The staff at the Richmond Education & Adoption Centre couldn't be happier!
