THE BRITISH COLUMBIA SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS
Our mission: To protect and enhance the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in B.C.
Crickit was seen wandering around an area of Abbotsford for several weeks before anyone was able to get close enough to bring her into the BC SPCA Abbotsford Branch. She had no identification and after waiting to see if anyone wanted her back to no avail she went up for adoption. She came to the BC SPCA Richmond Education & Adoption Centre through the Drive for Lives program after waiting for her new forever family for several months. Crickit is a lovely girl that gets along with other cats and might just like to hang out with another one in her new forever home, but she’s also told us it’s not a deal breaker for her.
She loves to lounge about with anyone that would like to pay attention to her; a good back scratch will never be turned down if she knows you’re offering. Crickit can occasionally take a few more minutes than others to warm up to you, but have no fear she will when she’s ready. She’s still quite young and has a bit curves she could part with, but that will be quite a bit easier once she isn’t stealing the food from her communal friends. A bit of exercise while monitoring her food is all it will take and we bet she’ll be ready to play much more than she does now! Do you have the time to kick back and relax with this beautiful lady? Do you think you’re up for the back scratches and cuddle sessions? If so please contact the Richmond branch to inquire about Crickit and her fantastic personality!
