Tubby was surrendered into the care of the BC SPCA South Okanagan/Similkameen Branch when his owner didn’t have adequate time to look after him anymore. A young husky cross, Tubby was full of energy and ready to play at the drop of a hat.
Shortly after arriving to the shelter, Tubby was brought to get neutered and tattooed so that he could be placed available for adoption. He was always in a great mood and played well with other dogs, sometimes his energy could be a bit daunting though and a home with plenty of time for Tubby would be best.
In less than two weeks Tubby had been neutered, tattooed, and had met his forever family. He now lives on the coast where he has found his favourite spot on the couch and made himself right at home.
His family reports that they are extremely happy with their days spent with Tubby and the new life they now have together. Thank you so much for making adoption your first option, we’re glad Tubby found his way into your hearts.
