Kobi was one of 13 puppies rescued from a suspected puppy mill near Grand Forks on November 4, 2008. The backyard breeder pled guilty on August 18, 2009 and all but one of the dogs survived to find loving new homes. Kobi was adopted on January 6, 2009 into a family that already knew the joy of making adoption their first option!
Kobi's big brother Jefferson "wrote" to update us on Kobi's progress.
Hi Guys,
It’s Jefferson here, remember me? I was adopted from the South Okanagan branch almost 2 years ago now. I moved to Vancouver with my new family and my new fur sister Maggie.
Life has been wonderful and recently got even better with the addition of Kobi, also from the South Okanagan branch.
I love my new fur brother and my family is now complete. Kobi loves hanging out in our pug pack and we take Kobi for lots of walks to burn off his energy so he behaves as well as Maggie and I.
Congratulations to Kobi, Jefferson and Maggie.
