Sammy

ID: 256635

Adopted

Share:

Sammy first found himself in care at the BC SPCA Kamloops Branch in January 2012, after his guardians tried to rehome him, but could not find a suitable home.

After several months in Kamloops and no interest from potential adopters, Sammy caught a ride via the Drive for Lives program to the BC SPCA Sunshine Coast Branch where he is now waiting for his forever home.

A cool dude, Sammy took the move in stride and settled in easily. He likes to observe whats happening in his world and doesn't appear to be fazed by too much.

An active cat, Sammy enjoys a good play session with a wand or toy but isn't too keen on being held for extended periods of time so would probably do best in a home without kids who might have the urge to pack him around.

VIDEOS: See Sammy in action, watch him play and play some more.

A lover not a fighter in the Communal Room, Sammy should be fine with an easy going feline friend in his new home.

Waiting since January 2012 for a home, Sammy has started to put on some weight and would be thrilled if someone chose him as their cat companion.

To meet Sammy in person, please visit the BC SPCA Sunshine Coast Branch or contact us directly at (604) 740-0301 or sunshinecoast@spca.bc.ca. To view more adoptable animals, please visit the BC SPCA Pet Search site.
