Adopted!

Meet our resident sweetie, Rico. Rico was surrendered to the BC SPCA Victoria Branch on January 23, 2017 because of an eviction situation at his residence. Rico has since made himself quite comfortable while patiently waiting for his forever home.

Rico is a 14-year-old, very handsome, black, short-haired kitty who likes to keep himself neat and tidy and appreciates some help by way of a good brushing.

Rico has a wonderful, silly personality. He is great with people including kids. Rico could likely live with dogs and he is hit and miss on other cats.

Rico can usually be found hanging out with our reception staff in the morning, testing all of the lobby chairs for softness.

He then moves on to double checking the staff's work in the cat rooms and helps by picking up any tasty morsels of food that might be dropped.

Rico takes his supervision duties very seriously, until nap time, and then he takes that very seriously.

If Rico sounds like the companion for you, please contact the BC SPCA Victoria Branch at (250) 388-7722 or victoria@spca.bc.ca.
