Wild ARC Education, Outreach & Fundraising Committees

Share:

Wild ARC committees help to plan fundraising and outreach events that directly benefit the wild animal patients at Wild ARC. From raffles, mall events and community booths, Wild ARC has a full calendar of fundraising and outreach events throughout the year and is always looking for new ideas and volunteers to assist.

The Wild ARC Education Committee also has an important role in public outreach, educating the public about urban wildlife conflicts and nature. With increasing development and increasing human-wildlife interaction, many wild animals are injured, orphaned and displaced. The Wild ARC Education Committee works with schools and clubs to bring these important lessons to children and their parents.

All members of the BC SPCA and the public are invited to  sign up as a volunteer with an interest in fundraising, outreach or humane education.

Thank you to these dedicated volunteers, whose work for the animals is equally important as volunteering with the animals in our facility!
