Spirit was found homeless near Alkali Lake Reserve and was brought to the BC SPCA Williams Lake District Branch on January 19, 2011. The four-week-old puppy was given a full medical exam and then immediately welcomed into a volunteer foster home.

As soon as Spirit received her vaccinations and was spayed, she was ready to be adopted. Not long after her arrival, a wonderful family visited the shelter on February 24 to adopt this little sweetheart, who they now call Baby. They wrote to share an update on Baby's new life.
Thought you might would like to see how she is looking. She is great and fun to be with...kids love her!!
Congratulations to Baby and her loving new family.
