 All dressed up and nowhere to go...
This handsome, 12-year-old black-and-white male came into the BC SPCA Williams Lake & District Branch in July, 2012.
Unfortunately, a family member developed allergies and they surrendered him.
The good news is, Finnigan is so excited to meet you that he's put on his favourite tuxedo for the occasion. After all, a debonair tuxedo cat like him is always dressed to impress.
 Finnigan truly is a sweet, loving gentleman.
He's also a cool cat who gets along well with other felines and doesn't seem to be bothered by small dogs. What a keeper!
