WHAT'S HAPPENING

The BC SPCA provides care and protection to 34,000 animals each year.

Any help that you can give us in publishing the following public service announcements would be deeply appreciated. The public has told us that they do not want any adoptable animals euthanized in their community and we are doing everything in our power to make this happen, but we cannot do it without the public's help. We are very grateful for any help you can provide to find homes for the wonderful animals awaiting new homes.

Dogs in Pick-up Trucks

Tragically, every year in BC countless dogs suffer and die after being thrown from the back of pickup trucks. Consequently, your pet should never ride unrestrained in the back or body of any vehicle.
