Go Gaga for the animals

The BC SPCA is hosting a special auction today for the Lady Gaga concert taking place in Vancouver this evening.

These amazing tickets have been generously donated to us by our friends at the Point Grey Scotiabank Branch.

You could be dancing on the floor at tonight's concert in Row 14, seats 7 and 8.

We have two tickets available and they will be sold to the highest bidder. These tickets are valued at $175 each and the opening bid started at $200.

To register your bid, please email Denise Meade.

The winning bidder will be required to pick up the tickets at 1205 East 7th Avenue (the BC SPCA Vancouver branch) before the show tonight. Bidding will end at 4pm today.

To follow our progress on raising funds by selling these Lady Gaga tickets, please watch our Facebook and Twitter posts carefully!

All of the proceeds from this fundraising initiative will go to help the BC SPCA reach its goal of raising $1 million to help animals in need, for the Scotiabank & BC SPCA Paws for a Cause… Walk for the Animals! This event takes place Sunday, September 12th in most communities and we need your help to achieve our goal. Register today and be a part of the largest fundraiser for animals in North America.

Good luck, and thank you for supporting the animals!

For more information, contact Denise Meade, director of development at 604-709-4651.
