THE BRITISH COLUMBIA SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS
Our mission: To protect and enhance the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in B.C.

 July 6, 2015

The BC SPCA is gathering data to serve veterinary clinics better. We know that veterinarians, technicians and assistants are crucial in our life-saving work across the province.

This feedback form is a tool to know how we can better interact with and serve our much appreciated partners in animal welfare. Complete our anonymous survey by Aug. 3 and you could win $200 towards a staff party. The winner will be selected and notified on Aug. 4.

The BC SPCA Animal Welfare Committee is developing a new position statement related to the welfare of companion animals in business settings. This includes, but is not limited to, pet stores, veterinary clinics, petting zoos, grooming salons, daycares, training facilities, kennels and catteries, and pet photography.

The position statement will highlight the importance of humane handling, housing and training. If you are interested in providing input on what will be covered in the position statement, please fill out this form by Aug. 3.

The British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a not-for-profit organization reliant on public donations. Our mission is to protect and enhance the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in B.C.
