The BC SPCA's network of satellite adoption centres is linked to the society's Drive for Lives program, which transfers thousands of animals each year from areas of the province where there is an overwhelming pet overpopulation problem, to southern B.C. where they will have a greater chance at adoption.
BC SPCA satellite adoption centres are located in select veterinary clinics and other local retailers. These centres increase exposure for animals available for adoption and expand the BC SPCA's capacity to rescue and re-home animals.
