For your convenience we have put together some of the most commonly asked questions below about how our monthly giving program works. Our PAW Plan makes Pre-Authorized Withdrawals simple and easy for you, to ensure we can count on your support throughout the year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q - When will my credit card or bank account first be charged?
If you joined the PAW Plan online after November 2nd, 2009 your credit card will be charged on the same day of each month, that you originally signed up.
If you joined the PAW Plan offline, either by mail, phone or through one of our branches your monthly credit card charges will occur on the first of each month. Monthly bank withdrawals are made on the 15th of each month.
Q - When will I receive my tax receipt for monthly gifts?
All offline monthly donors (and donors who signed up online before November 2nd, 2009) will be mailed a tax receipt by the end of February, for the prior year's total contributions.
Donors who joined the PAW Plan online as of November 2nd, 2009 will receive individual tax receipts by email for each monthly gift.
