Jason Priestley

Generosity in Action - July 2010

Internationally known celebrity, animal lover and B.C. native Jason Priestley has been a BC SPCA supporter for many years.

In 2006, he helped raise awareness for our successful End Animal Cruelty campaign by personally signing his support at the Scotiabank & BC SPCA Paws for Cause.. walk for the animals event. Now, he joins Sarah McLachlan as a voice for abused animals and host of a new television commercial aimed at increasing awareness and raising much needed funds to support homeless, injured and abused animals.  In appreciation of his support, for the month of July all BC SPCA branches will be encouraged to name homeless animals in tribute to our celebrity friend and help many furry "Jason Priestleys" be adopted into their forever homes!

For more info about adopting a Jason Priestley, please make the BC SPCA your first adoption option!

To learn more about our new television commercial, read our original news item or watch it online (coming soon).
