Petsecure Pet Health Insurance

Generosity in Action - September 2014

You don’t have to look far to see the incredible impact that Petsecure Pet Health Insurance is having on animals across BC. As the official pet health insurance of the BC SPCA, Petsecure supports a number of BC SPCA initiatives each year. Petsecure is a provincial sponsor of the Scotiabank & BC SPCA Paws for a Cause walk, a national sponsor of National Cupcake Day for SPCAs and Humane Societies, and one of the organization’s largest corporate partners. By the end of 2014, they will have contributed more than $75,000 to the BC SPCA this year to protect and enhance the quality of life for domestic, farm, and wild animals in BC.

Since 2010, Petsecure has been offering six weeks of complimentary pet insurance for any cat or dog adopted from one of our shelters; for every new adopter that signs up for Petsecure, a percentage of the value is donated to the BC SPCA. This gives pet guardians piece of mind during the first few weeks with their new furry friend, resulting in less animals being returned to our shelters during the early stages of adoption. As Canada's oldest and largest pet insurance provider, since 1989 Petsecure has led the market place in providing Canadian pet guardians with innovative coverage to meet the diverse needs of their pets.

Whether it’s participating in a fundraiser, sponsoring an event, or providing new adopters with peace of mind, Petsecure and its staff are industry leaders in pet health insurance and true ambassadors for animals across Canada. Please join us in applauding Petsecure for their amazing contribution to animals in need. For more information about Petsecure or to get a quote, visit petsecure.com.
