Thrift Stores
BC SPCA Thrift Stores contribute over $100,000 each year to the operation of our shelters. These locations are privately owned and operated. They operate under a licensing agreement that allows the stores to use our name for a percentage of the gross store revenue.
Preferred Donation Items
The following is a list of the items (listed in order of preference) welcomed by SPCA Thrift Stores:
Housewares, china/flatware, furniture (tables, chairs, sofas, beds, shelving, desks, lamps), rugs, curtains, appliances, electronic equipment, clothing, games, books
Please Note: Not all stores take donations of larger items. Call the store to make arrangements. Arrangements can be made to pick up large items (such as furniture or appliances) by phoning the store nearest you, or you can drop off used saleable goods. Thank you for your support!
