The BC SPCA call centre is open seven days per week from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. If there is an animal emergency outside of these hours, please contact your local police department or RCMP.

BC SPCA launches new animal abuse hotline
The BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has launched a new animal abuse hotline to respond to complaints of animal cruelty and neglect across the province.
Calls to the new toll-free hotline (1-855-622-7722) are fielded by staff at a Victoria-based BC SPCA Call Centre and details are dispatched to regionally based SPCA constables for investigation. The call centre is open seven days per week from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. If this is an animal emergency outside of these hours, please contact your local police department or RCMP.
