Current and Previous Cases

See our News Briefs & Press Releases for ongoing news on cruelty cases and other SPCA-related news. To receive monthly information about BC SPCA programs and cruelty investigations sign up for our E-Newsletter Anim@ls.

Please note:  The BC SPCA does not keep waiting lists for individuals wanting to adopt a seized animal. Once an animal is ready for adoption it will be listed online with all other available animals at our shelters.

In 2009 the BC SPCA has dealt with a high number of investigations involving horses. Learn more about these cases.
