Welcome to the Kamloops Spay/Neuter Clinic of the BC SPCA.
To address the pet overpopulation problem in the Kamloops area, the clinic offers low-cost spay, neuter and vaccine services to the public, and performs thousands of spay/neuter operations on both publically owned animals and those in the BC SPCA shelter system.
The clinic has a full time staff, and relies heavily on public support. Donations are accepted in person as well as via the website.
Feeding wildlife may seem like an enjoyable way to connect with nature, but often it leads to serious problems for species like squirrels, raccoons, deer, and bears, doing more harm than good. Even bird feeding is controversial and the pros and cons of the activity need to be considered along with the responsibilities that come with it.
Special Updates
Snip, Snip!
Please help us spay and neuter 4,000 homeless animals in Kamloops each year, so the community can reach zero euthanasia of adoptable animals by 2015!
